1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

2. What is your return policy?

All sales are final, however in the unlikely event that a product breaks during transit, please contact us at info@modamoii.com right away with your name, order number & a photo of your damaged product(s) and we will gladly exchange them for a new product. 

 

3. Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed you cannot cancel your order. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. 

4. Do you offer international shipping?

By MODA.MOII does not offer international shipping at this time, with the exception to Canada. 

5. I have an upcoming event and I would like for BY MODA.MOII to be vendor. Who do I speak to?

We love to collaborate and work with others. Please email us at info@modamoii.com for any collaboration request.

6. I just completed my order but I need to make a change to my address and add a product. Is it possible to do so?

Yes, we will accept changes made to orders as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Email us as quickly as possible at info@modamoii.com to check order status and provide us with your name, transaction number and changes you wish to make.

7. Where are your skin products from and made?

Our skin care products are sourced from Burkina Faso and Ghana and handmade in New York. 

8. Can I use your body butters on my hair?

Absolutely! They can be used all over your body - your skin/hair will love you forever.
